Here's an architect's rendering of the Theater (or *Theatre*) that never was. This is a Clowes Studio copy. I don't know when this was done, where it was supposed to be built, or if it ended up being something else, such as the Apollo or Central or State or Strand Theater (yes, there were four of them when I was a kid).
